Hayde Martínez
Founder & AI Leader
Hayde Martínez is the founder of “De Cero a Ciencia de Datos,” an educational initiative aimed at increasing the number of professionals focused on Data Science in Mexico. She is also the Director of AI & Data at Novartis. She has over 16 years of experience in the technology industry, with more than 10 years focused on Data and Machine Learning.
Hayde has worked at technology companies such as HP, Intel, and Wizeline. She regularly provides training and participates in various tech talks, as one of her goals is to ensure that Data Science reaches every corner of the world. She advocates for inclusion in the technology industry and firmly believes that a better world can be created through technology.
She holds a postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence from the Kanazawa Institute of Technology in Japan and a Master's in Data Science from ITESO. In 2023, she received the “AI in Industry Award - AI Innovator of the year” from Women in AI North America.
